
Project Overview
NorthMed is paving the way for the Arab community in the digital health industry. It is a highly influential organization in the Arab world, bringing together top-notch professionals from medicine and technology. The organization also operates the NorthMed Innovation Center, where they host events, courses, and meetings related to Digital Health and MedTech.
Developing a strong brand identity for NorthMed was a real challenge. Despite their integrated activities and relevance, the only visual asset they had was their logo. They wanted to keep it while building an entire brand identity, including various collaterals for both print and digital mediums.


Mission
Develop an integrated visual identity that builds upon the existing logo, creating a cohesive and professional brand presence. The identity should reflect NorthMed’s role as a hub that connects brilliant minds in technology and medicine while reinforcing its purpose and impact. It must empower NorthMed’s mission, enhancing its credibility and influence.
The design should strike a balance between clean and modernity, ensuring a sleek, tech-forward aesthetic that aligns with the innovation-driven nature of digital health and MedTech.


Results
Building upon the dynamic essence of the logo, I deconstructed and reimagined its concept to bring it into a new light. It evolved into more than just a logo—it became a vision, a foundational structure for a cohesive identity system. This included a set of 12 custom icons and a flexible framework for dynamic sublogos, tailored to different sections of NorthMed’s ecosystem.
By integrating medical and tech imagery, the brand identity was further reinforced, aligning with NorthMed’s innovative mission. Elements of the logo were repurposed as subtle accents and teasers throughout the presentation, creating a seamless visual language. The primary color palette was carefully applied to enhance brand coherence, ensuring a strong, unified presence across all mediums.

Beyond digital and print materials, the identity extended into physical spaces through a set of wall graphics. These designs emerged as a fusion of logo elements and custom icons, visually representing key areas of interest within the organization.
The result is a bold, personal, future-forward identity that embodies NorthMed’s role in connecting technology and medicine while maintaining a sleek, professional, and highly adaptable aesthetic.
